Welcome to BPU yummimummi. Please feel free to look around the site as we have mega information on sites as well as what to look for to avoid bad sites.

If you don't mind me asking is the same thing happening to you that is happening to Rob. We would like to hear if it is.

Thank you for welcoming me. I am glad you are here. It has helped me feel less alone in this crazy situation!!!

It sounds the same from what he is posting on here.

Thank you again!

This EXACT same thing has happened to my Mom! Same letters exactly, my mom, a 70 year old great great grandma, who thouroughly enjoyed sitting and playing bingo almost all day, was sent a letter saying she was kicked out over "suspicious ganing activity". Give me a break!

These people are just plain cruel and mean and unscrupulous....& they have NO idea how much this affects some people, being told they are being "suspicious" The first thing my poor mom thought was that someone had gotten into her bingo account and then her bank account because what I read here is true, they have ALL our information!

this is a bad company

Welcome to BPU Cyndy. I am sorry that this happened to your Mom it is very upsetting to be told that you are doing something not right, but we are looking into this.

Please feel free to look around our site as there is a great deal of useful information here that has been gathered to help players avoid the pitfalls of on line bingo.

Cyndy,

Thank you for posting!!!

Although bingo is 'not my life'. I do know that the online community is an integral part of people's lives. Those peope can be young or old!!! They have found a place... a community... where they feel comfortable and they spend their days there, like your mom. The devestation of essentially being called a liar and a cheat has been shocking for me so I can only imagine how your poor mom must have felt.

I am not into this 'drama' and never even spoke in the bingo rooms but reasons like yours make me want to take a stance because it has truly put alot more perspective on the situation. I am not alone! She is not alone! We are not alone!!!

Give her extra love this Mother's Day :-) @};- Thanks for sharing!!!

Thank you BPU for being here and allowing us to not be alone!!!

Sincerely!!!
Cathie

We have had a reply from WBN and are in the process of working on this issue. Remember these things take time, so bear with us as we follow protocol.

Thanks sissy, you know the most ironic part of all this...my cousin and his wife live in San Antonio, Texas where she is a member of the FBI San Antonio Field Division in the Internet Crime Complaint Centre.

I haven't told them this has happened because he had said DON'T right away but, we didn't listen. I'll hold off telling them but for crying out loud, kick off a 70 year old lady for "suspicious gaming activity"" my goodness.

Just here to provide an update for anyone following the WBN drama. They did NOT give me my winnings of $571.45 as requested for a 3rd time. Apparently they will not be corresponding with me any further. Sissy has assured me that they are in communication now but that is all I have to hang my hat on.

This has been incredibly stressful and having ongoing patience is more and more challenging. I have now had a family emergency and this money would really be helpful. I am out of town for another day at least but will post any updates should Sissy have any.

Thank you BPU and other supporters!!!

Cathie

We are in communications and will keep the players with issues updated as well as the members. It is best to wait until we do hear something before anyone gets more excited than what they already are....

Just to update this thread! We have established contact with WBN Management. Protocol has been implemented and we should have something to report real soon. We can understand player frustration, but need to remind you that we do need to follow protocol and this does take time. If there is any change in your status, or have additional information to support your position, please contact a staff member. Thank you for your patience.
