Tried to log in this morning to check the place out again (try to do that with sites at least once every two or three months), and got an 'invalid' username and password.

Tried to click Cashier to see what options are available since none were for USA players a while back, and was required to log in first. You can't get access to any of the rooms without logging in and all that's listed for the game rooms is the total JP amount...nothing about the actual game pots or how many are playing in the rooms. And if I remember correctly, even if you logged in correctly, I couldn't get access to the rooms until AFTER I had funded my account, which I have never done.

Also, couldn't locate any of the terms/rules, nor could I access my account information in order to change my email address or other info since I couldn't log in.

So I went to Live Help Chat......that's when an even bigger joke began. Here is a copy/paste of that waste of time conversation:

Quote:
AH: I cannot log in in order to change my email address. It says I am 'invalid'

You are now speaking with Lucy of Support.

Lucy: can you please provide your user name?

AH: XXXXXX

AH: I can't check cashier options or anything without a login

Lucy: Hold on just one second

AH: ok

Lucy: can you please tell me your email address?

AH: my new one?

AH: XXXXX@XXXXXXX.net if the new one is what you want

Lucy: friend if you can change your email address you have to send a email to hosts@winabingo.com

AH: how do I log in at least so I can check what your funding options are? You didn't have anything for USA players a while back when I logged in at that time. Wanted to see if anything changed

Lucy: can you please tell me what site are you using?

AH: winabingo.com

AH: what other ones do you have? I don't want to have multiple accounts issues if you have sister sites that I don't know about
Lucy: we don;t have another one friend you can use this only

AH: if that's true then why did you need to know what site I'm using to contact you with? (NOTE: The LiveChat window ITSELF said winabingo.com at the top of but it wouldn't copy/paste...only the chat itself)

AH: I'm getting confused here....I just want to know how to log in at winabingo.com in order to check the funding options. I can't even get into a bingo game room to see what the games are playing for in dollars since your site only shows the JP amounts. I don't want to fund at a site where I'm totally in the dark about the games, funding, and can't get access to any of it unless I fund. No other site has this information so carefully guarded until you have my money in your hands.
AH: so how do I log in when the site tells me I'm invalid but I'm using the same log that I registered with?

AH: are you here?

Lucy: can you please sent an email to hosts@winabingo.com they can explain you your commentaries friend

AH: great....what a waste of twenty minutes with you. Can you at least tell me what funding options you have so I'll know if I'm wasting my time trying to deposit to a site that can't take USA funds?

Lucy: you can check all methods on home page friend

Lucy: click casheier

Lucy: cashier on home page

AH: Goodbye...winabingo.com Live Help is a freaking joke I CAN'T CLICK CASHIER BECAUSE IT WANTS ME TO LOG IN FIRST, YOU IDIOT.....AND YOUR SITE WON'T LET ME.

Lucy: please lovers caps

Lucy: we will check your problem friend

Lucy: please sent the email to hosts@winabingo.com

AH: I think you need a career change. I've been in live help with you for over 25 minutes now and have received NO help from you at all, other than to be told to email somebody else. So long.....I won't be back to even TRY funding to this worthless site.

She was typing something else according to the chat window, but I closed out before I had to chance to read anything else she might have said, and I'm going to assume that she was going to chastise me for being rude. LOL

She never answered even ONE question I had....just kept diverting me to an email address for answers. Steer clear people.

I have been playing at winabingo .com for a few months now and that it how every session with support is. They will not answer any of your questions. I asked who the supervisor was and that I wanted to speak to them and I got logged off. They log you off and ban you from chat if you complain about a host, and it seems they have their "favorite players". I have been warned multiple times for talking in chat about how I feel the winning isn't fair and the odds don't add up, and about going to play somewhere else. That is a no, no. Your not allowed to say things like" I'm not going to deposit again, I think I'm done here". I wanted to say " In America we have the right to free speech, but I don't think I'm in Kansas anymore Toto". The same players win day after day and if you do finally win, its just a small $8.00 pot. I am done with winabingo.

I looked at the home page of this site, and at the very bottom right, there is a small link that says terms of use. Click on that and you get the rules. The rules page is so long, and quite boring. The first quarter of the page is quite vague. Its all bent in favor of the house, of course. There is even sections, and I found this quite hilarious, where it says section 5, it states, there is no section 5, lmao, and goes directly into section 6. Of the rules I read, I would definitely NOT ever play at this site. They reserve the right to close your account if they see fit, and therte are many vague rules, and also so much detail clogging the rules you really can get lost in it. Just my opinion, but I would shy away from winabingo.com /:) :ymtongue:

#:-s Has anyone notice the trend change, as far as a sites rules are concerned. There was a time not so long ago that you had to really hunt to find a sites rules. Players complained about this and apparently the sites heard. Now it’s much easier to find the rules, but they over did it! Many make the rules so long ya eyes hurt from reading. The reading is very boring , which makes me think sites now want to bury all the house advantages, in these rules, knowing most will get bored and abandon reading them. But if you get in a fix with them, you are bound by the unread rules.

In this day an age surly the rules can be made very short an simple. I guess the only ways sites will correct this is when they see they are losing signups because of these hard to read and follow rules they have.

Not only are the rules long and boring sites have decided that you almost need a law degree to read them and understand them.

Simplicity seems to have gone out the wayside when it comes to rules at sites now. I found that after wading through rules at some sites I might as well have sat for 15 minutes and read the paper as at some sites the rules are contardictory.

I fail to understand why it is so hard to put simple rules such as methods to deposit, playthrough and withdrawals without having eg. rule 1 to 15 for playthrough, rule 1 to 20 for withdrawal. I don't think they need 10-15 rules for chat etiquette either as most of us use our common sense on how to behave in a chat room. I am not against saying having 5 rules for chat etiquette but sites are even going overboard with these rules.

Hi justentime..and Welcome to the very best advocate forum on the net.

Posted rules of sites are where the fortunes of bingo sites are planned. I have never seen one site that did not have a "seemingly" player award theme, but was carefully backed up by house advantage rules that made collecting that award very difficult indeed. Enticements of special promos always fit within those constrictive rules that sometimes are not heeded by players because of those very long, dry and boring format of the rules page. One would almost think this is done purposely to keep depositors from reading and comprehending the meaning and objective of the terms and conditions.
As always, if there is something you do not understand, always ask first, and if you get an evasive support reaction that will not supply you with answers, cross that site off your list. That tells me the wording and meaning of the rules is meant to be tricky and devisive, so BEWARE. :-o X(
