BingoVega is famous for being non responsive to player complaints. We have documentation concerning what is, in my opinion, extremely inadequate staff at BingoVega concerning player withdrawal requests. They have until 11:30 am EST on Friday, Jan 25. 2008 to respond to a complaint brought to us about a withdrawal problem.

No response from them will result in everything we have (excluding player personal info) to show online bingo players how you can be treated by Bingo Vega.

It is absolutely shameful when a site has the kind of power over someone who pays to play there that leaves them afraid to speak up about what is right!

In this thread players can see what one LOYAL BingoVega player is going through to try to get her winnings. It will also show how the "accounting department" stalled her time after time and she STILL didn't get her money.

Then it will show that when she put in a withdrawal for the largest percentage of her account winnings, they "found" a reason to close her account. She has OVER $1800.00 in her Vega account. She has a prepaid $60. NON REFUNDABLE buy in for a Feb14, 2008 event at Vega.

BPU tried several times to solve this issue without going public. As usual, the floormanager is a deaf mute when it comes to doing the right thing, ESPECIALLY paying out wins!!

And it is JUST AS UNNACCEPTABLE that you withold a players winnings just because you do not like what they say! Disable them if you want. Ban them from your site forever, but what they SAY does not take away the fact that they met all of your requirements in playing your games to be able to cashout their winnings!

IF YOU READ THE DATES ON THESE EMAILS POSTED HERE YOU WILL SEE THEY DATE BACK TO THE BEGINNING OF DECEMBER. THEY JUST PLAYED AROUND TRYING TO DIG UP SOMETHING TO GET OUT OF PAYING. I KNOW HOW PLAYERS WOULD ALWAYS BE CHANGING CHAT POSTING IN HERE. THAT CAN BE VERIFIED MY ANYONE WHO PLAYS HERE, NICKELS ROOM ALWAYS DID IT FOR FUN, COPY AND PASTE AND CHANGE THE WORDING. DOESN'T TAKE A ROCKET SCIENTIST TO FIGURE THAT OUT. THAT

VEGA should pay out as fast as they take our money. Who ever heard of taking 6 weeks and then some to do a pay out. They want that player to keep doing flow backs and use up all their money. You can't play chat games on a flow back and you receive no extra bonus for doing one even though they claim you will. All the promises in emails are all lies. If a player complains in chat room about not getting paid they are told to keep the negative out of the chat room or they will be muted, What do they expect. They have players complaining and they don't know where to go get help.

IF VEGA CAN'T DO THEIR JOB, PAY IN A FAIR AMOUNT OF TIME WHERE ELSE CAN A PLAYER TURN BUT TO BINGOPLAYERSUNION.

WONDER HOW IT WOULD BE IT VEGA HAD TO WAIT MONTHS FOR OUR DEPOSIT. WOULD THEY BE AS PATIENT AS THEY EXPECT US TO BE,

If you go to VEGA site they post their fast cash outs. What do they consider fast? It takes at least 6 weeks to get your first payment if your lucky to have any money left till then. You cannot make a deposit while you have a pay out pending so in order to play you have to do flow backs which they will tell you that you will receive a bonus on a flow back. Wrong ..........you get nothing. Till they are all done messing with your cash out you have nothing left for them to pay you. How clever! Your always seeing players complaining in chat that they can't play chat games because they can't deposit because their cash out is not done, They are frustrated and start saying it is not their fault VEGA is so slow. They are told to keep the negative out of chat or they will be muted. Well, what do they expect. VEGA is the one who gets the player frustrated in the first place. They can't get truthful answers in emails, they can't speak out in chat so they wind up getting muted. I have to add not all the CM's will mute you for stating your mine. They do have a few CM's who are very nice and should be working at a more honest site. VEGA just gives you a run around.

That is entirely too close to invasion of privacy and harassment to go sticking your nose into a playing clients personal communications with ANYONE!
AND THE ANYONE WHO FELT IT WAS OBLIGATORY OR PRAISEWORTHY TO SEND PRIVATE MESSAGES TO THE VEGA STAFF SHOULD BE ASHAMED! PERIOD!

It is this kind of behavior that bolsters up a sites nerve and confidence so that they may cheat your fellow players.Whoever indulged themselves with playing the " informer role (aka. rat)" know that you have hurt many depositing, loyal players by acting in such an inappropriate manner.
Perhaps you have been treated so well there, you owe them something?

In any event, Vega is not the kind of site to place your trust or loyalty, as they have shown themselves to be unworthy of that kind of special relationship.

I would say that if it is unacceptable to be reported, then you should damn well stop doing things to your paying depositors to provoke them into going down the only road open to them as a recourse to being CHEATED and lied to. You are a business, arent you? That is what that organization is there for..the consumer that feels cheated or abused by a BUSINESS. How can any player possibly trust Bingo Vega or any site that displays Made up credentials and claims that are faked! <img src="http://www.freephotoserver.com/v001/Ricbyrne/vega_seals.gif">
Just google the the seal & Internet Gaming Commision! You will not find anything to show these credentials are genuine. It’s all deception, crooked sites use to make themselves LQQK Respectable, when in fact they are not!

Believe me if such a Commission existed BPU would know about it! Just remember! If a site uses lies on their signup page, just what kind of honesty can you expect when you win and try and cash out.

BingoVega/CasinoVega were found out to be a crooked site a year ago! They screwed quite a few players out of their wins and we put out the word about them. A full year later, we are getting many reports that this site is still screwing players out of their winnings!

You players that been burnt by Vega need to tell every person you encounter online about how dishonest this site is. They pray, on what the industry calls Fresh Meat! Any player that has been robed by this site needs to try and remember the site that they went to and clicked on their Banner and email them about your experience. If that affiliate will not respond to you, please contact us with the information and we will contact them for you.

As a player at bingo vega or should I say a donater at this site...I have issues with them. My friend was suspended (account disabled) (but they don't want to admit that )so they use the word suspended... All because she won a lot of money !!!! They have been finding all kinds of ways NOT to pay her the suspension is just 1 more way of doing this. Our friends there miss her something fierce...they ask about her all the time. People are afraid that they will be the next ones to be "suspended" if the real reason is even whispered in chat room.. I will probably be disabled soon because tonight I told chat the reason and the CM said NOT IN HERE she was warning me because someone is probably watching chat. They owe her so they should pay up!!! They take deposits in less than 5 minutes So why I ask does it take more than 7weeks to payout?

HERE IS ANOTHER INTERESTING FACTOR AT VEGA

VEGA has a limit of $500 payout weekly. If you cash out for example $1,000 ........ and approved you have met all wagers they will still make you go through the same process over for every $500 before they will even paid you. What kind of BULL is that. All they are doing is sitting on your money hoping you slot the balance they owe you. I paid to win that money. No reason to drag it out and look for some poor A$$ excuse not to pay me. I have been more than patient with the floor manager and tried to work with him on all the messes us on my account.

YOU CAN'T TELL ME THAT CASH OUT THE ACCOUNTING MAKE OWN FOR ME ON DEC, 14TH WAS An ERROR. A CASH OUT IS MADE BY THE PLAYER. THAT WAS DONE ON PURPOSE TO THAT I COULD NOT DO MY OWN CASH OUT THAT NIGHT. BUT I AGAIN WAS PATIENT AND WAITED ANOTHER WEEK TO DO ONE.

VEGA YOU NEED TO BE HONEST AND STOP PLAYING GAMES WITH YOUR PLAYERS. YOU REALLY WANTED ME OUT OF YOUR SITE FOR OTHER REASONS AND YOU AND I BOTH KNOW WHAT THEY ARE. I FOUND OUT MORE THAN YOU WANTED ME TO KNOW BUT I DIDN'T SHARE THAT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR NON DEPOSITORS WITH PLAYERS AT VEGA NOW DID I. BUT YOU CAN BET I WILL IF THIS IS NOT SETTLED.

I HAVE ALOT OF FRIENDS AT VEGA WHO ARE STANDING BEHIND ME. IT IS YOUR CALL ! WHAT YOU GOING TO DO? DISABLE ALL THEIR ACCOUNTS TOO !

WE WILL SEE JUST HOW HONEST VEGA IS !

snitches and spies... we are surrounded now... cant even relax at vega anymore....UNLESS you are a "HIGH ROLLER" which one player constantly reminds of each and every second of every day.. yet that person never gets muted or banned..hmmmmm maybe they the snitch... shame shame... we sick of hearing about it... go back to chat host and floor manager and kiss a little lower... at this site u get on bad side and thats it for you.. you accidently left on the maxed list after a depo... u stand up for yourself and get banned.. the are cheats and cheap... lower bonuses and bbs even lower... reward those who snitch for you... kiss some butt and you'll get an answer from chat host or floor manager,, stand up for yourself and get IGNORED.. they give the runaround until its too late according to the rules.

Omg, YOYO, I was looking all over for you. I even asked in the chat room, I got some lame @ss excuse about you being off that night. Girl, I stopped playing there awhile ago. I got tired of the same winners in every room. I did a withdrawal from them back in 2005, I deposited 60.00 and won over $1800, thing is I won $900+ before midnight and the rest after, so their bull about winning all in one day did not fly. It took forever to get paid, then I left them for a year and only returned after Bingonanza closed down.

The staff is a trip, "you have to talk to the Floormanager", But "you can't do it by phone, only email. I waited patiently, cause I knew they were hunting for "more accounts", or they were "adding and re-adding up my wagers". I got a calculator and lots of time to add (it's one of the things I do). They had no choice but to pay me my money. It is ridiculous what you have to go thru.

Oh and just try and win a game in there, I am too thru with them. I found a new home a better home thanks to BPU. I play at bingoformoney.

I hope you can get your winnings. They have no right to treat you or anyone like this. The end must be near. I hope so, I am spreading the word about them.

Players word of mouth takes a high seniority over the mouthings of a sites promises and written words of fairness.
Spread the word bingo players...tell everyone that Vega is not a place of comfort, fairness , honesty or integrity. If Vega has any scruples at all, you can bet they stole them! LOL
