Hello,

I am trying to find out who owns and runs A1bingo. I found a group located in Cyprus, but the emailadress provided at the domain registration company or denic is wrong. A hotmail adress, which company with own domains is using a hotmail adress? LOL.
We are a group of players, and not only 2 or 3 of them, who have started a little "revolution" against the "hire and fire" mentality of CMs at A1bingo. We want to keep our good CMs. Since it looks like that either head CM nor the boss of her is caring very much about our complains, I want to inform the site owners. Because I am sure that they dont know whats going on. We dont want to give our money to as site any longer that doesnt respect the players wishes. And we fight for it. So, if you know anything, please let me know. Of course I am not silly, I know that usually any site owners dont care much about players wishes. But this time we all want to give them a lesson. We arnt just Dollar-cows that are to milk over and over again.
Thanks for help, if you can.

Hi kalman,
If you are feeling cheated or deceived and not getting a response from the site that is appropriate and timely...the only solutiion is to STOP depositing there. From experience I can tell you with absolute certainty that a site will not care two whits about your threats, complaints or greivances as long as your money is still forthcoming. A bingo site is a business and as long as they are turning a profit, they can turn a deaf ear to all complaints. That is the bottom line.
Speak their language, get their attention... stop participating. That will be the tough part for some of your group that feels they are part of a family and have come to be comfortable and familiar as a roomie. Many sites count on that factor to enable them to play games that extend way past bingo.
Talk can be cheap....and useless if not backed up with affirmative action that magnifies your voices.
I am sick of reading support copy that has players begging for attention and asistance and getting nothing but stalling, lies and more deception.
Dont tolerate it anymore! Tell those that would treat you like an unimportant figure in their bid to earn a profit that YOU are the one holding their paycheck, YOU are the one that supports the site in every way, and if you are not heard, YOU will be gone!

Hi,
thanks for your answer. I was expecting something like this. In my eyes a lot of this owners are just ignorant and greedy people, same as all this banks who caused this worldwide crises now. And i dont want to know where all this money for casinos comes from. You can guess. However, I didnt expect help from you, just wanted to know if anyone knows the owners. But i will find out and will cause them some problems, thats easy in the European Union. And of course we will leave this site, if they just ignore us. We arnt that silly. Any other company with this behaivoir would be bancrupt very fast.
So if anybody knows anything, please tell me. If not, this theme is done.

I apologize for repeating some stuff there..I could not edit.

Sorry Kalman, I ran across this and decided to post it at the request of a member to see if they have been dealing with any of these sites that it might be why they are getting large amounts of spam.

There are sites that just treat their chat hosts very poorly, pay them way too little, or just demand they do things that insult a hosts integrity and morals.
Spamming on bingo sites has reached a new level with personal home calling to avoid being placed on these kind of lists. I am just telling you that many behind the scenes agendas are going on that cause a big turnover in hosts.
The A1bingo apparently is not keen on revealing their owners or too much site info. Those are sites I veer away from when they appear to have something to hide..they usually do.
Good luck to you.

Hello dynamitewoman,

no problem, hope it helps some people. You are right about sites that just treat their chat hosts very poorly etc. , but from my experiences, and that are many years of playing, its often not the management, its the head CMs, who pretend to be a God and act just for their own personal reasons. Like politicans, they cant stand anybody who could be dangerous for their power. Or they just get jelous, because other CMs are very popular. Thats what is going on at A1. The joke is, if you tell "support", thats again this head CM, she can block everything, so its not going to management. But i am working on a workarround. And you are also right, all sites that dont publish their owners and license are hiding something. Either its a "black money" machine, to wash dirty money, or they are just illegal because they never got a license. And it looks like this is the case with A1, because Cyprus doesnt give out casino licenses. And now i am really hot LOL, I have informed the embassy and will get help from part of it, kinda a ministery of trade. Dont know how to say it in English.

So you see, you are not the only one who fight this weird sites. Its also a mentality problem, many American players, but also others, just say: "ohhh, what can I do" and then ignore such problems. But today you have to be your own lawyer, you need to know what to do in certain situations. And i know it O:)

Then you said : -- Spamming on bingo sites has reached a new level with personal home calling to avoid being placed on these kind of lists. --

Of course this spamming is a problem, but it also shows that all those sites are very afraid to get onto such blacklists. It also shows how powerful a forum like this one can be. It just needs to be much more known in public.
From all the posts here I can see that its not used as much as it should be.
Not sure how to change this, but if more people would use it and casinos would know that they cant mess with you, they would respect any complain much more that points to your site. You know what I mean.

However, I will fight for my rights as a paying customer, no matter if its a casino, a shop or any office from gov.
Good luck for you too!

Hello

to end this theme I just want to inform you, that our "revolte" has been sucessfully. We got a new head CM and also our favourite CM is back. This should show every player at any place that you can be strong together. Dont let you treat by ignorant bosses, stand up and fight for your wishes. Its our money that keeps all this sites alive. I wish you everybody good luck !!

I have always espoused the idea of strength in unity. Good to see our members implementing that proposition and being successful in any venture for change.
Those who weild the dabbers...weild the power! WTG!

Not sure if this helps, but I'll post it anyway. As far as I know the head CM at a1 is Wendy, who used to be the head cm at Cashmill. I can't be sure, but I believe I heard that Cashmill is in Cyprus too,,,as well as a few other sites. Something to do with they can't run out of the states,,,so they run out of the mediterranean or Europe. I wouldn't be surprised if ALL the big bingo networks are based there. My mom i(allycar) s an ornament at a1, so I hang out there to visit LOL glgl with your "revolution".

Hello AlbertaRose,

as you can read above, we have been successfully. CM Wendy has left A1. And you are right, A1 and Cashmill belong to a group of casinos. However, we players are happy now, we hope it will stay this way. Of course I know Allycar O:)
