Could I get some help please?? (Thanks in advance:) ! )

I am working on a project that would be better served if I could get some
input from different bingo players, ex bingo players and sites, etc. Please feel free to add any questions you may feel are relevant , as different players have had different experiences.

I think this would be some great info for players and bingo sites to reduce problems in case of a dispute.

What would a list of good questions about site rules for newbies consist of?

Maybe we can add different FAQ's than what is posted at most all sites.

Some ideas I have are:

1. Do you have a play through requirement?
Ask if they have it and how it works. KEEP asking until you totally understand it. If you get a run around or indirect answer....ask AGAIN!)

2. Am I allowed to play at your site and refuse any bonus money of any kind?
( This will help you to not get into a "play through" misunderstanding.)

4. Does your site have any days that pay outs are NOT processed?

5. Do you have a direct phone number with which I can contact your help center directly?
(This would be in the case that the site does NOT have "live help", and even for those who do, because live help is not always available. Some sites have a third party number that you can call, but they sometimes do not handle your specific problem and usually do not have access to your personal account information.)

6. Do you have a pre purchase option?
(This will help make you aware that there may be MANY more players in large pot games that have prepurchased.)

7. Are your employees OR volunteer workers allowed to play at your site?

8. Can I be assured with an email, that my account will not be closed with no notice as long as I have read
and abide by your rules?

9. Am I allowed, BEFORE I register and fund, to make suggestions or question your rules in any way?

10. Do you have any unposted rules that would stop a pay out request, such as cashing out too often?

11. I have read your rules and come across the word "abuse" concerning BB's or cash outs. Can you
explain this in more detail to me?

(AGAIN ask and keep asking until you understand the answer.)

This is a start, I believe. The bingo sites ask us to read pages and pages of rules.

They should have NO PROBLEM in taking the time to answer as many questions as you have for them BEFORE you deposit.

Fair and square sites will go above and beyond to help new potential clients.

If you are put off in anyway, or get treatment that suggests that you
are being more trouble than they want to mess with....THINK before you deposit.

Have a great time playing and enjoying your friends.....but....TAKE CARE OF YOU!
