need help with bingo vega refusing to pay me my winnings. I have heard every excuse and then some why they won't pay does anyone know what can be done to resolve this. I don't think that a casino that rips people off should be able to operate any ideas would be appreciated . Thanks

Sounds like another unhappy depositor at vega. I am having same problems getting paid. After cashing out vega disabled my account. Vega also stole $1813.02 from my account by keeping my cash out Players do not give vega another chance to rip off another player.

They need to settle with BPU. Vega is not a fair and honest site till they prove it to us.

i had problems gettin my cashout, and i tried for 20 days, i wrote support tickets and email every day, demanding an answer, at first i got $20 to play with until i got my money.. and i did get them, it took some time, but i got them, they were very nice when they answered my email and support tickets.. so i dont have any problems depositing there again and again.

you just need to keep writing to them, say you will do anything to discredit them everywhere if you dont get paid... they will be very nice in their answer and you would probaly get your money.

Again.. ill do a serch other than here and see for my self.. as you say bingo/casinosites can controle house players with different computers and chat with eachother... so i believe that so could you guys here..
to take Zany as an example, i was not there when this Stonelady won over and over again, so i cant say if its true or not, i can only speak of what i see and hear now.. and i have not heard anything, and i do talk/chat with some of the players outside of the chatroom.
So if i do hear multiple people playing there now, complain about bad service, cashouts and so i will deffently take that to heart and them form a different oppinion.

I have not had my rights violated in any way in the chatroomes, i have spoken my mind and never got told to keep quiet.
But if i did, i would stop playing there, or contact managment to get that cm out if therem if that didnt happen again i would stop there.

I almost always read T&C mostly the part of depositing, cashouts and about who is prohibited to play

As a player at your site, i would like to hear what you are saying to all the bad publicity your site get at the moment.

people gettin cheated out of their money, the rule about a deposit id needed within 14 days of a cashout.

Im hearing alot about your giving the run around to many people trying to cash out their winnings, taking you 6 week +

im concerned because it also took me almost 4 week to cashout my winnings, and i never got a valid reason for all the problems.

you cant keep giving out bonus bucks so we wont complain about the timeframes of gettin our money back.

so many bingosites out there with faster cashouts, more pleasent support staff, so give us a valid reason to keep playing with you.

you also have alot of problems with your free rooms, people not being able to get in and gets booted..

what are your thoughts about, and what are bingovega doing to rectify the problems?
