[b]I have been waiting for a cashout via bankwire ($341.00) from Starlight Bingo since the 16th of September (username jphunter1.) I have written to them several times and all I receive back are emails stating my email will be sent to support for tracking but no response regarding a resolution is happening. Their website states it could take 7 to 10 business days for a bankwire to reach my bank and its now going on 12 days. I know bankwires can be done in as little as 2 days. Are they dragging their feet because I only deposited $25 and cashed out $341.00??? When I've written to them regarding other issues, they have been quick to respond, but now I feel I'm being ignored because it's an issue they don't want to address. They have all my banking information and a copy of my driver's license and one of my utility bills and the cashout was "processed" on the 16th. I'm anxious to hear if anyone else is having problems with this site already as I am. I once was able to trust the name Starlight Bingo when they were a BE site but now i'm not so sure.

As an update, they did respond to my last email and told me I wasn't being ignored and that they are going to ask support to send me proof that it was sent. :-k

Please keep us informed if this issue gets resolved. If you don't get results soon let me know! I do know that the transition from the B. E. Network to the Playnet Network caused some delays.

Ty Cya! After receiving either no reply 2 or 3 times, and a general email 2 or 3 times, I got an email yesterday stating the accountant was out with the flu and hoped to be back today. :-({|= :-??

I was notified that there was a problem with the bank processing a batch of cash outs! The bank promised to have this issue resolved, today or tomorrow at the latest. I can reassure you that you will receive your Money. Unfortunately mistakes can happen, that can cause a delay.

Ty BPU, I did receive my cashout on Friday the 9th. Thanks for you help. If they would have just been up front with me from the start we could have avoided this. I will not re-deposit there until enough time has passed and there are no more complaints. I truly hope there are none as it's a good site with good prizes, even in the wee hours of the morning, and that's hard to find, and look forward to playing there again.

So very glad you received your cashout. Transitions do cause glitches and we are glad that you will give them another chance.

Have a great day.
