The following is the latest news from Skippy on the closure of all IPN Sites!
Quote:
Dear Loyal Roomies,

Important Announcement

We are very, very sorry for the frustration we have caused during this transition of accounts to our new sister site bingogala.com. It has taken us slightly longer than anticipated to transfer accounts to our new sister site which is the reason we have delayed all accounts being once again reactivated.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration we have caused but the large amount of players accounts has caused to take a bit longer than anticipated. We are pleased to announce that as of Wednesday 25th of November all players that maintained accounts at the You Got Bingo network, will be able to login to bingogala.com
with their existing usernames and passwords.

All players maintaining accounts with balances and bonus balances will be able to see their balances reflect in their transferred accounts once they have logged in to their accounts at bingogala.com with the exact same usernames and passwords they previously used.

We understand that the delay in transfer of accounts has caused frustration amongst players and especially players having funds available in their accounts, but there is no reason to worry as all funded accounts will be able to be accessed at
bingogala.com

There will be further update tomorrow morning from the bingogala.com support team notifying you that your online bingo account is once again active.

Sorry once again for the Delay

No reason to worry about your funds as they are safe and will be accessible with the activation of you account once you have received the activation email tomorrow from the bingogala.com support team.

Team You Got Bingo Network
In behalf of Skippy

If you already have an account with BingoGala and your username at IPN sites is different, notify Gala immediately to close one of the accounts and transfer your funds to the one you want to keep so you don't get hit later with a 'multiple accounts' issue.

Although Gala has a good reputation I very rarely play there because I don't care for their software. It was the same way with my dislike for the software used at IPN sites. I am assuming that all of the sites that belonged to IPN are shut down for good and that all of their sites have now been transferred over to Gala. I'm kind of disappointed that IPN wasn't purchased by a company that uses user-friendly Parlay software, but happy that at least an honest company got them.

So what happens now with the site names that are dead links? Watch for other sites (ones that may be huge already and taking over the net, such as IPlay or WBN) to take over those names and merge them into their network.

I need to point out that that this part of Skippys statement is not accurate!

Fact is BingoGala, a BingoEntertainment site, is in no way associated with the Interactive Playnet Network or one of its portal sites!

I’m sure that if this situations changes we at BPU will be advised

i for one is very angery as it seems to be one rule for one and not the other(as someone i know who also had an exsiting account with bingogala had her money in there today) i recived one of those emails yesterday so thought the money i had would go automaticly into my new bingogala account as that is what i have been told but this is not the case at all. i was so looking forward to stating a new chapter with another site, but now i just feel so let down and upset, everytime i do email my old site(which i dont like to mention) i get no responce at all and now all i get from bingogala is get intouch with my old site,i just dont know where to turn any more as i did have quite alot of money with my old site and i just want to play and can't.. so if i can't play how do i get my money?? as all my trust has gone with both of the sites,im sorry i have gone on but im so upset with it all

Hi nutty slob,

If you have duplicate accounts at BingoGala, you need to contact support to get this resolved! You can email them at help@bingogala.com or go to the sites contact page http://www.bingogala.com/contact.html where you can chat with live help or explain your situation by filling out a form.

BingoEntertainment did acquire IPN’s player accounts and I’m sure there are going to be problems for some, trying to access their accounts. BingoEntertainment does have a great reputation and I’m sure they will work with you to resolve this. I can understand your frustration but if you follow my instructions and have a little patience all this will work out. If you find you can’t get your issue resolved with them, than feel free to contact me for assistance.

hi hun and thanks for your reply,
i'v wrote email after email to them and each time they say its nothing to do with them its all down to skippy and email them, which i have done with no reply just feel i am between a rock and a hard place!! this is the last email i recieved!!
Dear Marie,

BingoGala have been in operation since 2000 and is one of the most trusted and respected in the gaming industry.

As Blind Date had closed down, inorder to help players from Interactive Playnet, the Data for Player Accounts was transfered to us. All the players that were on the Data have made a smooth transition to BingoGal with the exception of players who already had existing accounts at BingoGala.

Unfotunately there is nothing we can do as we are not responsible for this and only Blind Date can help you. Iam sure they will no doubt get back to you.

Sorry we can not be of any more assistance.

Kind RegardsBingoGala Support

to me its all bull as a friend i know who opened an account with bingogala the same time as me had her money transfered straight away even tho her details were the same. just had enough i'v asked them to close me account with them looks like i'll never get my money which i so need at the moment!!

you still have money at that site. Sometimes there is an 800 number at the sites where you can make a phone call to get it straightened out. Since Gala said only people who already had an account with Gala were the ones having problems, find out from them if you can close that account and keep the new one that Blind Date sent to them. Your money should be in that account and if you close the Gala account thru the Gala site, then they can check to make sure the account from Blind Date still has your funds available now at Gala.

It's a multiple account issue and since this was done thru no fault of yours, there must be a way for Gala to help you settle this problem. It's either that or somebody in accounting at IPN needs to get your money to you via MoneyGram or EWallet or something since they got paid by BE to buy them out....there IS money available to pay you what they still owe you.

UPDATE
Thank you for the email! I have contacted both IPN and BingoGala, concerning this player issue, and received prompt replies. If you had duplicate accounts, at both networks, Your IPN account could not be transferred to BingoGala and therefore needs individual attention from skippy.

I have been assured this issue will be resolved soon.

Just need to say kudos to BingoGala management =D> =D> =D> for getting involved with this player issue and going out of their way to resolve a player issue that they were not responsible for.

This should show you players that BingoGala and all the sites in the BingoEntertainment network are above board and do concern themselves with player issues. That is one of the reasons they are a BPU Certified Site.

Hi All :-)
I also recieved an email from Skippy about all this. I'm not worried about my account with skippy because I never deposited with them but I would like to say as a Bingogala member for a very long time they are very trusting. nuttyslob I would like to welcome you to Bingogala. I am Escapade in there and if you ever have any questions with Bingogala and don't want to email them you can always go to xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxor xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and post questions and concerns there. The admin will answer you questions asap. I am Midnight in both of those sites.
Hope this helps with concerns of trusting Bingogala and all Bingoentertainment sites :-)
