Hello all... I have a general question: One of the sites I play at is RV Bingo. For the last few days I have not been able to connect either through the interface or the webpage. This also applies to it's related sites Playtime, A1, and Cashmill. I'm wondering if anyone has any information on why the sites are down. I have some money there and would like to get it out so I can fund elsewhere.

Hi shadow4md, Welcome to BPU! I doubt that these sites are down. Since you need to download to play on the site I suspect your problem is connected to the software you downloaded and installed. Somehow, the software got corrupt! I’ve encountered this problem myself! I suggest you uninstall the program than download and install a fresh copy.

If this does not work, let me know! BTW! When you run the program and the login screen appears, what happens you click that login button?

I'm almost positive that it is not my machine as I have 7 different computers in my home and the websites are timing out on all of them ( www.rvbingo.com & www.playtimebingo.com ). After reading on this site that Cashmill and A1 were related to RV / Playtime, I also tried the web addresses for those sites (I do not have their interfaces installed) and those pages would also time out. To eleminate my network as the problem, I remoted into a friends computer located in another city. I had the same results with the websites timing out.

When I launch both the RV and Playtime interface on my home machines, I get the login screen and I am able to log in, but then it doesn't connect. Eventually I get the 'Reconnecting' message.

I did email RV a couple of days ago asking when the site would be back up but I have not received a reply. Just before I lost the site I prepaid a number of games. Now I have no idea how I did and how much money I have. Any info would be appreciated...

ALL 3 of these sites are connected, I was offerred a job at A1 and was told rv and playtime were their sister sites.

I was finally able to connect without any issues today. I asked people in chat if there was a problem over the weekend. Apparently the site was not down. It was suggested that the problem might have been with my ISP. This is possible since the other computer I used in another city is on the same ISP. It just strikes me as strange that RV and all related sites were blocked. I was able to access other bingo sites without a problem.

Thank you for providing very useful info on these bingo sites. I have new things to lok for and consider before signing up. Keep up the great work.
