If you have to wager 2x the bonus, for example, and you get $50...does that $50 bonus count towards the hundred you are expected to wager or does the 2x mean $100 over and above the $50 they gave you?

That is probably a better question to direct to the individual sites NMM. I am sure they all have their way of calculating PT and they may not all be the same. So, to protect your own interests, that info may be better coming from the "horses mouth".
