Parlay back in business with new customer agreements
14-Sept-11
Having completed its restructuring process and sold the majority of its assets to M Projects Assets S.A, Parlay Games looks to be back in business, with the launch of new bingo games on Åland's Paf and U.S-based Publishers Clearing House Online, as well as new network partner agreements with Soccer Millionaire and Bingorumba.es.
As a result of the restructuring, Parlay Games now owns and operates managed services platforms in Alderney and Oakville as well as all or substantially all of the software, licensing arrangements and intellectual property previously owned by Parlay Entertainment Inc.
The company is now re-focused on business growth and its online bingo software development, deployment and managed services offering.
Following the signing of a deal with Åland's Penningautomatförening (Paf) last year, Parlay has now deployed its Parlay5 gaming platform with the company, enabling Paf to upgrade its online bingo and soft gaming offerings. The launch was initially scheduled to take place during the first quarter of 2011.
Parlay has also launched its point-based bingo game on Candystand.com with New York-based Publishers Clearing House Online. PCH offers customers sweepstakes prizes via its seven websites which include PCH.com, PCHCoupons.com, PCHGames.com, PCHLotto.com, PCHOnline.com, PCHOnlineSurveys.com, PCHSearchandWin.com and Candystand.com.
Meanwhile, Parlay has signed a network partner agreement with Soccer Millionaire, the UK and Alderney licensed online games developer, which recently extended its online gaming supply deal with the UK’s Daily Telegraph newspaper to include pools betting products as well as Parlay's suite of online casino games.
Finally, the company has signed a network partner agreement with Barcelona Internet Marketing S.I, as well as a remote gaming services agreement with Mediterranean Gaming Limited, for Spanish bingo site Bingorunba.es.
“We are delighted to have completed our restructuring process and are now able to focus on developing and growing the penetration of Parlay Game’s managed services platforms in the UK, Europe and North America”, said Scott White, director at Parlay. “We have a healthy sales pipeline and will be pushing Parlay’s products forward throughout 2011 into the hands of new customers and jurisdictions.”
