I have been a very faithful player at Bingo Billy for quite some time now, and i just feel that there have been a lot of changes taking place in the last few months that aren't being very fair to the players. One thing in particular was not honoring what they have posted on their website. I love to play on this site, all the cm's are very nice, but when you get pop ups telling you to email with any questions or concerns and then you do then the concerns are not dealt with. I feel like a lot of things have went down hill since Ma left, and players are going to start finding other places to play. Once there has been a rule to a certain room, i feel that rule should stand until the rule is changed. I know the free things they give us are very nice and they don't have to do them, but i also know that a lot of players get used to these and when they take them away it discourages the players from playing.

Hi Avid! Welcome to BPU! This is the place to vent, air your feelings, and let the online bingo industry players AND sites aware that you all have a voice here. It concerns me that you feel your issues are not being dealt with!! Since I have been there, NBB has been absolutely wonderful about making sure their players have individual and complete attention.

If things have "gone downhill", let's see what can be done to get them going back in the right direction!! If players start finding another place to play, something needs to be done in order for NBB to remain a place where players enjoy being.

As far as site advertisements. ANY site needs to adhere to the rules THEY set forth, as well as players following rules set forth for them.

Hi avid bingo player I too have been a faithful player at NewBingoBilly for almost 2 years now, and I am not happy with the changes I see going on there. It seems to me that they have forgotten that it is the regular depositing players that made the site what it is today. Regular faithful players are getting lost in the shuffle and I am almost to the point of saying that BB is getting just like any other site on the net so why keep my loyalty there when I feel that things are out of control where rules are changing left and right and at times even the CM's (who are very good) don't know what's going on.

sorry to hear that there are players who feel that yet another site is going downhill- just adds to the list of those who are already not treating players fairly. Hopefully this is getting the word out on this site and they will respond in a positive way. Let's see what happens.

Believe me this has in the past always been a fair site, and not sure why now all the rules are changing in the middle of things and not honoring what they have on their website. The object is to always make the customer happy, and not following what a site said is false advertisement, and just isn't right. I have faith that Billy's will listen to the players requests and make a change. Nobody wants to leave the site, but if things don't change I'm afraid players are going to, especially the old regular members.

Do as I did... stop depositing until they get their chit together whoever is responsiable for all the confusion is killing the site.

Hi Avid, I also feel NBB will do what is not only good for the players but for the site. That is a healthy thing for ANYONE in business to do. I have made MANY mistakes in my life.. some I have not been forgiven for, others were forgotten with time, but I learned valuable lessons with each.

As all know, I am employed by NBB, and I see things happening that is for the good of NBB players.
Change is hard for some of us, but if we are smart, we will make those changes work FOR us and learn to accept them for what they are intended... our own good.

Everything happens for a reason. NBB is STILL a place where players do not have to worry about withdrawals, robot accounts or having more bbs thrown at you than you can shake a stick at for the sole purpose of hindering withdrawals, hidden behind crazy playthrough rules. Deposit bonuses are good but not ridiculously large. All it takes is studying the site information, asking te chat host on duty or simply entering a help ticket to gain the information you need.

There are only a handful, out of the HUNDREDS of sites online that I would spend my time recommending to players, but NBB is one of them. To my knowledge, management there tends to business and to their players.

I am happy to report that there are changes happening at NBB and they are beneficial to the players. Changes are being implemented so that players can readily find the promos and NBB is working hard to give the players the courteous site it has always been. Kudos to everyone involved.
