Hey guys, I am fairly new to this site, Don't post much but i have spent the last hour reading through the forums and can see that quite a few players have been helped here.
Just wanted to know if anyone else has had problems cashing out with Cashmill? I have been playing there a year now but never won enough to cashout - Until now! I hit $600 on slots and won a $300 jp in the same week! I spent some and requested a cashout for the rest. The total i requested cashed out was $800.
I am a UK player so that would work out around £550? Anyways, They emailed me confirming my cashout request and removed the funds from my account and assured me that my cashout could take up to 10 days or more if i chose the wire option and that i was better to use the Neteller option, I decided to stick with my wire option because I have issues with Neteller.
So i prepared myself to wait the 10 days or more, I waited 10 days and nothing so i mailed them, They assured me that it was on it's way and they didn't know any more than i did at that point, So i left it another week.. Still nothing so i emailed them again (On the tuesday) They appologised for the "delay" and assured me it would be in by the end of the week, Which i assumed was today, Friday. It is STILL not there, This is the third week now. When they said 10 days or MORE i assumed the "more" meant maybe a few extra days, Not 2 weeks more! I requested my cashout on the 12th of June. I just wantred to know if anyone else has had this type of problem with Cashmill? I have left another, Not so friendly email this morning. Although it wasn't as friendly, I just let them know i wasn't a very happy camper, I didn't abuse although i did mention this place in hopes to speed them up!
I have a screen shot of my win, Because i ain't silly. Hopefully i will recieve my cashout soon, If not, You may see me back!
