This will continue until we feel we have gotten the word out to sufficiently protect players from being ripped off by BingoVega and CasinoVega (owned by the same company).

With all due respect to your choices of affiliates on your forum, BingoPlayersUnion would like to ask you to re evalute your relationship with Vega based on not only cheating players out of their winnings, but also blackmailing them. Below is a link for your convenience.

There are also issues other than ours and including ours at CasinoMeister (where they have been rogued for a long time), WinnerOnline Forum, OnlinePlayersUnion (where you can find case files of them cheating players fo several years) and GPWA.
The picture we are attempting to get affiliates to see is that in promoting sites like this, you are leading innocent players to a place who will not pay them if they win and have now stooped so low as to blackmail them. Their support team is the worst in the industry. Their way of handling problems is to simply NOT reply to requests from players or help from player advocates sought out by players.
At the present time we have 2 open issues, well documented with screen shots , emails and trouble tickets.. One player requested a $1,600. withdrawal which was approved, leaving 220.+ to play with in her account. A few days later she logged in to see if she had her money yet and her account had been closed. The reason she got was chat etiquette. The closure was after her withdrawal had been approved. Eventually they offerend to let her open her account and come back to play but WITHOUT chat priveleges. Then, when she again went into her account, the $1,600. is no where to be found and they will not even address the issue with her.
Update 2-13-08 The above players account was reopened. We have screenshots of her withdrawal request of $1820.+. We have screenshots saying it was accepted, leaving her with a balance of 0. Now with NO COMMUNICATIONS AGAIN Vega has closed her account and will not tell her anything.
The second issue is a senior citizen, disabled, who signed up to Vega. She was lucky enough to win $21,000. on the slots there. After requesting a cashout and being stalled for several weeks she stopped playing in order to wait for her money. It was to have been paid in weekly increments beginning the first of January. She had already flowed back all but 14,700 waiting for her cashout so that is what she requested. To date 02-10-2008 she has received 2 payments of $500. Their rules state $500. every week. She is told by the Floormanager at Vega (email available as proof) that they will pay her $2,000. to bring her up to date and $500. weekly but that will not begin until after she has negative threads removed from a public forum in which she has no control over. She did not even make the posts!
Please stop affiliating with this site and let players know that along with being in the affiliation business, that you will also help the industry as a whole by letting sites like CasinoVega & BingoVega know that their kind is not needed or tolerated. Please help us to make them stop cheating players, if for no other reason than their actions can and will affect the overall trustworthiness of the industry as a whole. Many players feel that if one site cheats them and gets away with it, others can and will follow.
We also ask that if you choose to stop promoting them, you will let them know the reason why.

To CasinoVega ~ BingoVega & your owners, employees etc. All you have to do to make this go away is to pay those you are cheating out of their money! The proof is all here and adding up on a daily basis.
Your trustworthiness is already down the tubes. Your fairness doesn't exist and your sham of attempts at real communication STINKS! You either do not READ or do not COMPREHEND English when you read emails sent to you. There is but ONE "amicable solution". PAY YOUR WINNERS!
The two involved in this issue have more than met your POSTED requirements, yet you continue to dig yourself in deeper. Why not just close down now? Do all players a favor!
