Nope. Nothing has changed as far as government policies are concerned. Although everyone keeps hoping that one of these days it will.

Do you think that anyone worth anything is really listening to what we have to say or do they just try to sweep those voices under the rug? I am afraid that if nothing ever comes of this then eventually those who matter will stop talking and there will be no one left to fight the fight.

I do know that the poker players formed a group to petition the government with respect to gambling online. They were going very strong for a couple of years but I haven't heard much about what they are doing lately. I think that everything is falling on deaf ears anyway because of the fact that they really haven't curbed anything. Those that want to gamble find a way to do it anyway.

Actually I read in another post that there was something going on with the government as far as another reading was concerned. Maybe this time someone in the government will become "smart" for a change and follow up on it.

Dont dream, they wont change anything yet. Especially the US Gov. got other things to do right now. As always, before the elections it was said to change this laws. I am not affected, but i am still dissapointed. Its true, there are many groups who bomb gov and other authorities with mails etc. , still nothing has happen. Its just a matter of money, as always. But, you know the saying: where is a will there is a way. :ymapplause:

Very interesting. No surprises there. It has been hashed over so many times that I think the government really enjoys being dictatorial and pretending they are democratic. Strange that most dictators will let the world know they are ruling with an iron fist but our government pretends that they are following the will of the people. I'm sorry but I want to swear.
