I have been thinking on that jugs...
The money that is deposited is alrady in the site..It is theirs, whether it is in your balance or in their pockets already when a player has lost it. The only way they can get it to remain there is to STOP you , or any player from taking it from them thru a withdrawal.
If your id does not jive up with what they have, or they "discover" another account, you will be denied. And Even if they do approve a withdrawal, it could be weeks before you get it, and in the meantime they have all your personal information, often including cc numbers, address, phone, IP and home address.
That is why it is important to check out just how secure the site is.Dont be afraid to click on links that display their security system, hardware provider or licensing sources.

I believe that since players are catching on to the fact that the identification not being in the sites files is definitely a stall tactic used by SOME sites. I also believe that the more the word is spread around that sites are doing this, then maybe they will see that it won't work any more and do just as jugsagga suggested... make it happen FIRST, BEFORE they even accept a withdrawal.

Players always have the option to email any site and ask them if they do that now or intend to in the future. It is going to be up to the players to bring about any changes that do happen. If presented with the proper attitude, a site may possibly listen and do this sooner than we think.
