I can tell you that comedy bingo and its sister sites, such as happydaysbingo, are all funneled into one site.Same players, same games, etc. I participated in the beta testing for happy days ending, I beleive in nov 2007. They offered cash accounts to the players that had the most wins with no limitation on the amounts that any player could accrue. There were about 10 to 12 people that garnered the accounts, and as play continued in real cash, they remained consistent winners.
Personally, I would not waste another minute of my time there. I always check winners lists and when I see the same names popping up month after month that seem to win all the large jackpots, I avoid the site. Not saying anything is amiss, understand, but if it is all luck and nothing more, then the winners are max players on a consistent basis, and when one isnt playing, you can be sure another is! If you are willing and able to devote hours a day and huge amounts of money for gambling, this may be your cup of tea if indeed, it is all sheer luck. Heavy betting competition is the norm there..or so it appears.
