hi
i am having problems cashing out with bingo vega. i followed all the rules of cashout and my 500 dollar withdrawl was approved on the 15th of december. it was not sent and i inquired why, they replied that i have a high percentages of winnings and my account was being sent to security, which is a standard procedure, it would only take a few days.
well i am still waithing mike, the manager said it would now take a couple of weeks, i still am sending questions ato them about the withdrawl and they are not responding.
i did have a very good winning streak and followed all there cashout rules!
can anyone help me with this? thank you

Hi Dasiy! Sorry to hear your situation with vega. They are notorious for that kind of action. They have been Blacklisted by many forums for over a year. This goes to show that Players need to check out sites before you deposit at them. I can have a staff member contact Mike, on your behalf, but I doubt it would do any good. thank you, i guess i will just wait it out and see what happens. at this point up in winnings there...i guessd that don't like that and find excuses not to pay. players please be careful

Hi Daisy;

Welcome to BPU. So sorry that it is under these circumstances of your
not getting your withdrawal in a timely manner.

The practises of witholding withdrawals while they do a so called security
check is wrong, as IMO it is just a stalling tactic.
