The retaining of winnings without having to adhere to wagering rules are greatly enhanced if a player opts out of receiving the plethora of promotional bonuses on offer. When I play only with my own money and win I can withdraw those winnings simply and quickly. It is however much more difficult when a £10 deposit is bonused to a player with say a 300% match and then a special VIP extra etc on top. This can take a players account up considerably and it is easy for them to forget that this was a "gesture" from the site to help increase a players enjoyment - but its not just given to them as their money. There are wagering rules attached. I always opt out of receiving bonuses hence any winnings I can immediately withdraw. Makes life simple!!

I met all the rules, but when I went to withdraw now they charge 15.00 to get paid they said for processing the check. I lost all the bbs and future bbs till the depo went thru and it did no prob. I just don't understand the 15.00 charge when you paid to play and then pay to get check.

Do you wake up in the mornings trying to find a reason to complain? You won $500!! Congrats!~
Had you taken the time to read the rules, you would have known there was a charge for the withdrawal option YOU CHOSE! There are several different withdrawal options every player may choose from. Find them , with the one you chose, here:
http://www.newbingobilly.com/info/terms ... ons.asp#wp

It reads, for your convenience, so you do not have to waste time reading the rules:

Quote:
2.Regular Check

» Checks have a cost of $15.00 deductable from your withdrawal OR winnings (cash) available in your account. It’s important to know that the site DOES NOT profit from this. This is the REAL COST that our check processor charges. The delivery time for regular checks is from 7 to 15 BUSINESS days, taking into account the moment we approve your withdrawal and the moment the processor issues your check.

You come into chat raving about how you love this site... then you come over here to BPU complaining when everything does not work out to your way of thinking. For future complaints, be sure you cover all your bases. YOU chose a check. YOU are responsible for reading and understanding the rules. No one should have to babysit you or lead you to what ALL PLAYERS are told every day. READ THE FLIPPIN RULES!! Or... would that make it where you actually wouldn't have anything to complain about?

For the record, I would say this to you no matter what site you were bitching about today, if the rules were plainly stated.
