If I ever get into a situation where I think that a bingo site has treated me unfairly what should my first step be? Do I try to get in touch with someone from customer service over the phone or do you think that most of them are going to be pretty good at working with you via email? And then what happens if I do not get the response that I feel I deserve?

First...if it's over a win that hasn't been paid to you yet, make sure you get a screenshot of that winning card ahead of time (press ALT key and tap the PrintScreen key once....then open Windows PAINT or some other type graphics program and click Edit, PASTE. The screenshot will appear in the blank area, click SAVE AS and pick a spot to save the file in from the window that shows up, give it a name in the FILE line, then use the down arrow in the FILE TYPE line to choose .jpg ...that's a much smaller file than a .bmp type that Paint defaults to). Now you have PROOF that you won. Just before you open PAINT, make sure you also write down the GAME ID number of the game you won on.

All of that may sound confusing to you, but try practicing it a couple of times on a non-winning game until you can darn near do it in your sleep...it only takes a couple of seconds for the screenshot and getting the game ID number....the rest can be done in Paint while you're playing the next game.

Save that file so that when you contact them about cashing out, by going to Withdrawal link at the site), so if they give you a hard time, you can then send that file as proof in an email to the accounting department. GET A CONTACT PERSON AND THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS BY USING THE HELP/OPEN A TICKET LINK AND ASKING FOR THAT.

COPY and PASTE THAT REQUEST TO A WORDPAD DOCUMENT....then save that file in the same place you saved your screenshot. Depending on how you should get your cashout (they DON'T credit back your credit/debit card, so most use EWallet (or neteller in Canada and other countries) or a MoneyGram....I got mine sent to Wal-Mart believe it or not and Wal-Mart paid in cash not a check). When you get a Money-Gram expect to get it rather quickly depending on what days they normally do cashouts.

BEFORE YOU EVEN REQUEST THE CASHOUT.....Open a Help Ticket and ask them to verify that you have all the documents on file with them already that they need about you. And ask them to send you a list of everything they will need if they don't have it all....AND GET A FAX NUMBER so you can maybe send those document copies that way, even if you have to go to a library or store and use their flatbed scanner that has fax ability since alot of them do. If you don't have a flatbed scanner (driver's licenses don't go thru a roller type too well) with fax ability, you can scan the documents to your computer as a FILE, Save them in the same place as the rest of the stuff, and then EMAIL those files to them.

Make sure you COPY and PASTE every conversation you have with the site...Live Chats, Help Tickets, Emails, everything. Cover your butt as thoroughly as possible...because you can bet your butt that THEY are covering THEIRS in order to find a loophole to use to deny the cashout.

One last thing I can think of.....BEFORE you win enough to request the cashout (this should have been FIRST in my list of stuff to be honest)....open a Help Ticket or Live Chat and ASK THEM TO CHECK AND MAKE SURE YOU DON'T HAVE ANY MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS BECAUSE OF ANY 'SISTER SITES' OR NETWORKED SITES THEY HAVE THAT YOU ALSO SIGNED UP AT WITHOUT KNOWING THEY WERE ALL THE SAME 'COMPANY'. If they find any, ask them to close ALL of the other accounts and only keep the one you are using RIGHT NOW so that you can stay honest within their site. Be nice and play dumb as dirt and if you sound naive enough, they will actually do exactly what you want. LOL

If you don't receive your cashout in a reasonable amount of time, go back and ask them what the hold up is....stay cool, don't sound ticked off and give them a reason to close your account for being 'abusive'....but COPY AND PASTE EVERYTHING and save it.

Third time is the charm...give them the time they request in that second 'conversation' to get the cashout to you, and if they still haven't done anything, come on back to BPU and get ahold of Sherry....don't even post publicly in BPU about the site by name because they might again close your account for talking 'bad' about them. They will be looking for any loophole, remember? She'll request all your paperwork, etc. BUT she will work her can off for you to get you what you have won honestly.

Great detailed response to the question. This page will definitely be my goto page before I start any cashout transaction. I have even printed it off so I can have it on hand at all times. Thanks.

Thanks NMM you seem to know so much about the "how tos" here on BPU. If I have any questions I will certainly go to you first and try to get the answer that way. Thanks very much again for all your assistance.

in responding....I've been busy getting my vegetable garden up and running in between battling heavier than usual storms rolling around in my area for the last few months. I have 23 acres here, with five that surround the house and needs to be maintained (mowed, weedwhacked, plants divided and moved, trees that needed trimming so I can mow under them), and a dog that was shot thru both hips by some idiot for fun that had to be nursed back to health just to be put down this week after five months because of too much nerve damage that couldn't repair itself. The heat from the bullet cauterized the nerve endings and they couldn't regenerate like they might have and she would have had a very poor quality of life. She was only three years old and was very active in the fields chasing critters with my other dog, and it wasn't fair to watch her lay on the porch or the livingroom floor and not be able to be the dog she was used to being and running with her buddy anymore. Plus she had lost control of her urine and bowels with no hope of getting it back. If something had happened to me, nobody would have taken her in her current condition.

I live alone (my son is Navy) and at 63 with a heart bypass history, the work here gets a little much sometimes and I just crawl off to the bed to relax fairly early (I get up earlier than the rest of the world tho LOL).

Oh my NMM I'm so sorry to hear about your loving pet. I had to put mine down after 17 years so I know how you feel. I also know how tired you get as I too have had by-pass surgery 17 years ago and it takes it toll on you when you garden that's for sure.

Welcome back to the fold and hopefully you will start to feel better soon.

So sorry to hear about your Pup :(( Any of us that have dogs can feel your sadness! Dogs are such great companions, unfortunately when we lose them, for whatever reason, it hurts like hell.
