Checking our archives, player complaints, concerning BingLotto, started to be reported as far back as 2006.
Here is a reprint of some evidence we uncovered about BingLotto’s Corruption and why players should avoid Binglotto.com.

BingLotto Operator Linked to Corrupt Bingo Scam
Bingo Players Union Administrator and Staff have collected evidence that connects Binglotto CEO, Terry Barnes, to the notorious, and now, defunct Bingoisus.com. Bingoisus opened its doors April 25th, 2007 and on May 1st, 2008 They unexpectedly closed and posted the following message on their Site:
Due to an investigation by local authorities all our accounts have been frozen. Our services have been disconnected until further notice. Effective 1 May 2008, we are not accepting new sign ups and all customers will be contacted by email.
CEO
BINGOISUS.COM
Not a single word has been heard from the owners/ operators of Bingoisus, leaving many players and affiliate webmasters holding the bag!. This kind of unethical business practice contributes to a public perception of corruption within the industry and should not be tolerated or supported by administrators, owners, or any online gaming authorities.
On May 31, 2007 Bingoisus was featured in our Site of the Week Forum. At first blush they appeared to genuinely care to present a site that players would applaud for the fair play rules and honest approach to an online bingo gaming venue. By mid July of 2007, however, complaints began to pour in from their registered clients as well as the staff of Bingoisus.
The complaints included... unauthorized charges to credit cards, worse than poor customer service, not paying employees, refusing to pay winners and more. Complaints were posted at: BingoPlayersUnion, BallBingo Forum, Casinomeister, GPWA, OnlinePlayersUnion, Winneronline and many other Forums. Complaints were even filed with The Internet Crime Complaint Center.
Despite many hours of researching the owners and any verification that the site even had a license to operate in Costa Rica, nothing could be uncovered. The people involved, did however, make some mistakes that finally led us to Binglotto Owner/CEO, Terry Barnes.
The evidence that CEO Terry Barnes came involved in Bingoisus, was discovered and linked through three major factors.
1. An inquiry sent to Bingoisus Support is responded to by Binglotto Support. This was our first indication that there was a connection between the two sites.
2. A trace of the emails sent out as Bingoisus Promos, is traced back to Binglotto.com.
3. Once we confronted Terry Barnes with these facts he admitted helping this Rogue Site get started.
Provided below is an excerpt of an email that Terry Barnes sent us, when we confronted him with what we had:
“I had a friend that told he had a friend that wanted to get into the bingo business and ask if I would help. I met this person and liked him and decided to help him get in the business. I helped him get his license and corp. setup, servers, games est., I also sent him my help operator Sam (which I was going to let go anyway) and a part time host that needed work. After about 2 months this host called me and said that they got scammed by some big CC'c chargeback's and she was worried about them and was quitting. I agreed she should if she didn't feel right there. and she could go back to work part time for us. I told them that this is a hard business and they need to pay or get out. I left it at that and never contacted them again.”
Terry Barnes denies any involvement in the Bingoisus Scam, yet never revealed anything about his Friends Friend! He had ample opportunity to reveal what he knew about these operators, but remained silent. His silence indicates he was involved in their scam. He allowed Bingoisus to use Binglotto staff and resources. End result is Player and Affiliates lost thousands of dollars and Binglotto is linked to their scam. Seems to me Terry Barnes has to 2 choices: Pay all the Bingoisus claims or come forward with the info of who this friend of a friend is. I do believe, when all is said and done, the name of this friend is GREED!
I believe the Bingo Industry should collectively and unanimously sanction Terry Barnes and Binglotto until reparation and apology are publicly addressed with the intent of resolution.
Sorry to say, but until the Industry leaders are willing to hold Bingo Sites accountable for their actions, the Ripping off of Players will continue! Bingo scams and rogue sites will prevail until our Industry leaders get involved with a positive, constructive attitude towards the advocacy of fair gaming.
