First off lets make one thing real clear here I have saved a copy of every email and every PM I ever received at David's forum I even kept some posts that I felt I may need it the future.

Oh my goodness gloves coming off. This is where I lose interest in a topic or even a forum. When things start going so far right or left there becomes no objective and no resolve. Just useless banter that no one has interest in cept for maybe those involved, aren’t those best kept to emails and pm's?

A very good point hoohaa. I think if David has a personal problem with Cyalater, then they need to do this in private. This forum is for all members, and the fighting and accusations must stop now. Personal details will not be permitted on this forum EVER. David, control yourself or leave.

I would like to comment on this as I have not commented on anything in quite some time. Endless Banter comes from endless repsonses. David speaks~forum speaks~and on & on. So how can you redicule David when the forum does the very same thing. Well the way I see it is simple.
It is because David has an opinion and you do not agree thus the beginning of "endless banter" as you call it toward him. If you are going to punish someone as you said "either he stop or he can leave" then where will you go ? No where because it's your show, therefore leaving everyone to see things your way or they too will get the same outcome as David. I think he made some very valid points more than once as I am sure many agree with as well. I am sorry that he may have came across to the forum as atacking, but I certainly didn't see it that way.
It was an"opinion" which is what this part of the forum is for correct?
If you are indeed going to continue this part of the forum, you all had be ready for the endless banter from many.

Sorry Cheyenne! But you really have no clue on what’s going on here, so let me give you some background! I think it’s enough to say that David and I have a history together. I started this site after he lost his. We decided to take a new approach to the Players, verses Site issues.

We use to have a chat room on this site and we used it to have staff meeting. David starting dropping in on our meetings sometimes in early December, until we did away with it in mid January. We always welcomed him in our chats and lots of warm feelings were exchanged. He said many good things about what were doing and acted like a good friend.

Than he joins our forum and begins to slam our policies! This is a Player / Site forum. We discuss issues players have with sites and sites can respond! Is that not what other forums do? These are the issues open to debate, not our forum policies. It’s clear to most that David’s reason for becoming a member here is to debate the way this site is run and discredit us! Just how long do you think any other forum is going to stand for kind of disruptive behavior! So let me repeat: The policies of our forum are not open to debate by any member If you have a problem with any of our policies Email or PM a staff member.

Admin here, will deal with any person, who in our opinion, becomes a member of BPU for the sole purpose of undermining its creditability!

Alright, I understand this then to be on a personal level. Have you PM'd David to try to settle things or he you ? I have read many post from both parties and I do believe many will agree that you both are very strong minded. Given that with alittle testosterone (lol) will make it a bit difficult to settle things without someone taking the high road. I do however want you to know that regardless of the 'Davids' and anyone else whom had an opinion, you will certainly still have endless banter' in this section. I think it is good to have opinions and not everyone will agree, but it will give the player reading the post the option to form their own decision as long as it is done fairly and watched for abuse on a person for their opinion.

are you going to pick apart every sentence of this forums explaination of themselves? Good Lord! I have been reading your posts until my eyes glazed over about your so called proof and have never seen 1 bit of said proof. To me that's like you saying you are 20 feet tall. I gotta see that with my own eyes before I can say I agree with it. But, back to the subject here. Whatever way this forum decides to base their judgements on is CLEARLY stated. Agree or not with their mission...you, and only you have the power to come here or not come here. I myself don't agree with the whole PM an admin your complaint thing...but I have the power to come here or not come here. There's a zillion forums out there...pick one ya like and go there and post your little heart out. But please use facts. And stop trying to bait us into believing what you say with **Proof** you never deliver! Dude! You kill me! I have never seen someone so doggedly post the same idea so many bleepin times. It gets to the point where I just wanna skip your posts because they ALL say the same thing!

Now that is what I would consider opinion & player bashing. It was directed toward 1 person in an attacking manner. Therefore it should be deleted. Had anyone said those things about anyone in the forums'opinion or person, it would have already been deleted.
I am sorry. I am not 1 sided here. I think their are valid points from all, whether they are proven or not. They are still oponions and should be respected as such. Let the people form their own opinion without the attacking of the poster. That last post could have and should have been more tactful and more on the subject instead of the person.

It is up to the forum to gain control on these issues and stay updated frequently as so this site does not get out of hand like the others.

I think David is certainly entitled to his opinions. As am I. If that sounded like a personal attack; I apologize. I merely meant to convey the idea that if David has a problem with this forums mission he is free to seek other forums more to his liking. It's certainly not an attack to say that IN MY OPINION all of David's posts sound alike!

I appreciate the apology, but it didn't hurt me; however it could have someone else if taken personally. (if my name were David perhaps).
I think maybe this has somehow gotten off of a SUBJECT and fell in to the lap of personal. So maybe we can get back to the bingo opinions and then it doesn't become personal.
I would like you to know as well, I respect all opinions no matter what they are. I may not agree and I tell my roomies the same. Keep it civil and every1 is happy.

I was replying to David's post offering his constructive criticism on how this forum should be run. (I see now that I mis-posted in the wrong thread) I, in turn voiced my opinion about David's ORIGINAL post. I never called him any names, I never said anything disrespectful...so I fail to see how I am being less than civil here. Everything I said is true to the best of my knowlege. I have been reading David's posts in various forums for well over a year; so I feel qualified to base MY opinion on his posts.

It IS my opinion that all of his posts sound the same. I'll not back down from that. It's my opinion and I am entitled to it.

It IS my opinion that if he doesn't like the way the forum is run; he CAN choose to go elsewhere. He can also CHOOSE to stay! Personally, I don't care one way or the other. I was just pointing out that he has the option either way.

If I am wrong; please ADMIN correct me....but is the purpose of the forum to give my views on the subject matter? I don't feel that my post was in any way aggressive/attacking.

need I say more? Davids posts clearly show he is no friend to this forum! His only reason for membership was to post aginst this forums policies and spam our members with his site. No forum will stand for that type of behavior. He has chosen to continue to put down our forum at his site and now at WOL. Like I said at WOL! The gloves are off!
