I tried to get information from Cashmill Bingo regarding their withdrawal requirements. I asked them if they have a playthrough rule and if so is it different for Bingo than it is for Slots. I emailed them in Recommendations and Suggestions because I couldn't find the information anywhere on their site. Here's the correspondence....I still haven't gotten an answer to my question.

I sent that Saturday and waited until today and didn't get an answer so I emailed them again.

Obviously, this is STILL not answering my question. I can't supply an alias because I won't join their site until I know what their rules are. If this is an example of their customer service, I could imagine the problem I would having getting them to answer me if I requested a withdrawal and didn't get it.
I won't be writing to them again, and I won't be playing there.
