I'm back for one more because my amusement is just about over for now, getting rather tired of it.
First off, dynamite, whether you agree or not that a site has a right to refuse you payment for breaking their house rules, it is a fact. This applies to both land and online gaming sites.
If you know anybody in business law, feel free to ask them.
This goes for almost every country as well, except perhaps Denmark and Isreal.
If you don't know anybody in business law, I have to say I am not surprised.
If you still don't believe me, try going to a land casino, cheating at the blackjack table, and see how much money you actually walk out the door with.
And this statement belongs in the other thread down about asking for ID, because I am really not interested enough anymore to go there and post it.
All gaming sites again online and on land, have a right to ask for identification before paying any profit on a purchase. If they deal with visa or mastercard, they are required by the credit card companies to request this before paying anyone who used it there, or face legal recourse from the card companies.
Although on land, they usually place a minimum dollar amount on the profit before it is legally required. This can vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
This is probably the reason most sites will ask for ID upon a cashout, though they are allowed to request it at any time.
Ok hey was great seeing you all, I'll be back when I am bored and need to be amused again.
Bye now
