And just on the other point you mentioned about Cyberbingo. Not a European business governed by European regulators!! There socalled regulater is clearly shown as

ResponsibleGamingAuthority
411 Richmond Street East, Suite 205
Toronto, Ontario
Canada M5A 3S5

Who on earth are they?? What a joke that you would expect them to take on a players case!! They are a private company answerable to no-one again!! I repeat our industry in Europe is regulated by authorities answerable to their Governments!! The industry stateside of the water is a cowboy business!

I am not financially able to attend any of these big meetings , however I would be thrilled for a chance. Before you get your feathers in a tail spin, YES, my problem is with the Anitgua gaming control, although we also have tried to deal with the UK Gaming commission as well..

With your permission I would like to send your response to the Alderney Gaming Commission (http://www.gamblingcontrol.org/), the Malta Gaming Authority (http://www.lga.org.mt/lga/home.aspx) or the Gibraltar Gaming Authority or the Isle of Man - I could give you all their info too. I would be interested to hear their response to your accusation.

Be my guest.... You may also send them a link to the following thread :

THEIR so called regulator is a cheap sheild to make their site look good and it means absolutely nothing. Jiveboy we have been at this a very long time.... made some mistakes along the way and gained one hell of an education about online bingo. Our area of expertise is in what happens to USA players as well as investigating the sites side of a story as well.

As I stated before, we have had complaints from UK players but the Gaming Commission there chooses NOT to try to work with us.

Please feel free to either private message all this information, pertaining to Gaming Commissions, of which you speak or put it right here in the forum. All players should know where to turn for help from the Industry when a site has not treated them fairly!

I am happy to post any information if its required. But what has to be borne in mind is that the UK and other European countries have taken an active interest in developing accountability in the online gaming sector for which there is now rigorous and ongoing assessment. This does not mean that every .co.uk gaming site is bone fide or accountable as anyone can register a url. Simply, if an operator holds an Alderney, Gibraltar, Malta or isle of Man licence, which should be displayed on their homepage, then players have complete assurances that all these businesses will have passed detailed investigations including having named Directors etc. The US is unfortunately totally different and no player playing at any US site is safe. Its as simple and clear cut as that. The US administration made it absolutely ILLEGAL in 2006 for anyone to offer gaming to US citizens so it stands to reason that if a US player is playing on a site offering them cash play and bonuses etc etc then both sides in fact know they are acting in an illegal transaction.

I believe you need to do your research and get your facts straight! Show me a link where it says :

What the US has made illegal is the ability for financial institutions to take part in ANY funding of online gambling! There are a handful of states that have made it against their STATE LAWS for their residents to gamble online, but few bother with enforcing it. Again.. we deal in FACTS and documentation here! I challenge you to show the source of your information!

I will not allow unnecessary intimidation of the US citizens who choose to play online without proper and credible PROOF to back up what you are stating!
