Hi there
I hope someone can help. I have had no luck on my own, my last email to Bingo Vega requesting a management person or owner contact me went unanswered.

Here are the details. I was curious about their site, made a $25 deposit, and got lucky, to the tune of $300.00. I went to do a cashout, but when I did a pop up informed me I was over the 30 day time limit, and I needed to make another deposit, no big deal. I went to make another deposit, and got a window that informed me I had too much cash to make a withdrawl. I contacted support, who in turn had me contact accounts. I was wanting to make a deposit but was unable to. Accounts kept giving me the run around. They kept saying is not a free site...helloooo I mad a deposit, and my winnings were made from said deposit. Long story short accounts took the money from my account, and refuses to pay me.

I am hoping someone can offer me a course of action...I think is quite odd a site that blatantly steals from the players would remain open. I have screen shots of all my info, as well as the emails sent and received from accounts.

I have perused the terms of service, and see no where that I violated their terms. All I wanted to do was make the $25 deposit again and get my withdrawl. Helllllppppp I want my money.

Thanks for your time.

Michelle

There are a couple things that must be noted here and brought to the
attention of our members and guests. Of all things we must do when playing
on-line bingo is to read and understand the rules before we deposit and
play at any site. Where you play is always your choice, but it is also up
to the player to understand the rules.

If you the player have not followed the rules and are denied your
withdrawal it is important to remember the monies a site keeps was not
"your" winnings in the 1st place as it is still the sites money if site
rules are not followed. It becomes your money when rules are followed.

In this case after communicating with BingoVega and them responding in a
timely, prompt and professional manner, and by this players own admission
and correspondence I had with both parties BingoVega went out of their way
to come to a compromise with this player to no avail. After receiving correspondence
from BingoVega where they were still willing to try and keep this player happy,I
e-mailed this player asking that they
contact me with what they felt was an acceptable compromise within reason. I received
no reply.

We are all quick to rush to judgement especially if a site has a history
but in this case BingoVega was within their rights to deny this withdrawal
and did their utmost to work with this player.

This case is closed

Wow, from his description I was not expecting what happened in the end to resolve it. These sites need to know that BPU not only helps the players but also the sites themselves when they are in the right. One more mark on the wall for BPU.
