Richard and I have been in communications with a higher up representative of Bingo Vega. We are told they want to make right on past wrongs and work their way back to being a trusted players site. They acknowledge this will take time and are ready to spend the time undoing what has been done. They have a hard row to hoe but if they are willing to try, we are willing to put them on a probation period of 3 months beginning AFTER the folks who brought their complaints here are paid and we can close those cases.

We have been unable to contact a few players with issues, but Vega has their information and has promised to follow through with their complaints.

The talk we had was positive as well as the emails back and forth. We have high hopes for the players and Bingo Vega this will work out for the best for anyone involved. It is our job to pay attention to what happens there and report accordingly. If, after 3 months of probation, there are no public unsolved complaints, here or anywhere else that we know of, they will be raised to a "play with caution" status.

Good luck Bingo Vega!!

I would like to post on behalf of BingoVega. They are trying to become a honest site. I was a player there who went through alot with Bingo Vega trying to get paid the money I had won. I did receive a email that Bingo Vega was under new management and they wanted to resolve my dispute and pay what is owed to me. I did not know for sure if they would follow through with making this right but I did give them the information they needed to pay me. I must say This morning I signed into my bank account and there was the 1800 that Bingo Vega owed me for3 years. First thing I did was email Sissy who put so much time into trying to get me paid, Then I made a cup of coffee which I did not drink in 3 years since getting
surgery on my heart birth defect. Then I danced around singing the song Celebrate I am very proud that Bingo Vega is trying to become a honest site and hope they plan to stay that way. It has been very hard for me and my bingo player freinds to trust a site since then. We bingo players become close freinds and stick together so please remember it one player doesn't get paid you will loose most of her freinds.

I really want to thank the new managment at Bingo Vega for paying me and I wish you all the best. I will also try to clear your name at a few other places I have posted. To all who is reading this post my player name at Bingo Vega was yoyodiditand I hope you all can forgive Bingo Vega because everyone deserves a second chance!
Once again I want to thank Sissy aand BPU for all their help and time they have put into helping me........... love you all.

Thank you Bingo Vega!!

YOYODIDIT

I take that all back, I gave BingoVega their second chance and was a big mistake. They claim I didn't wager enough so they didn't pay me my cash out. 25.00 deposit and a 12k wager is unreal. The manager also never resonded back. So much for them trying to become a trusting site, Please do not play there

I won a $75.00 gift card from bingo vega at christmas time. I did receive it today. What I found to be amazing is it was post marked from Vegas NV but the return address was from Fishers IN. Bingo vega acts like they are in another country when they are right here in the states and not paying taxes. all the money they make is tax free. They will even tell you cash outs are not being paid if their is a Holiday in that country they claim to be. I do not see why there is any reason why we can not contact a lawyer and sue them for all the money they stole and still stealing. There is also a FBI site that will be more than happy to look into their site since they are in the states.

Hi BingoGirl. I can assure you that all bingo sites operate from offshore. They all have contacts in the US that send out things for them. It can include just about anything from promo post cards to gift cards and lap tops. Sending these items from an offshore country is impractical and expensive. Different countries do observe various holidays that are not observed in the US. A sites accounting dept. is usually located in the Sites Offshore Headquarters and a payout may indeed be delayed because of a holiday there.
