Refusing to give a funding devoted player the money they won fairly?

Refusing to communicate about an account that, from the proof presented, was a honest account?

Acting like no one else matters and that you dont have to answer to anyone and can just take her money?

I agree 100% ~! We need to take action as a team. They refuse to answer and provide the much needed information to prove their honesty as he states but yet nothing. I would have to imagine we can find others that have had similiar problems that have gone unsettled where as they were of course given the same excuses.
Well Mike, you have NO excuse to ignore something this important AND what in the hell would you do if you were the player in question ?

So, Mike with this statement you are saying that at LEAST 10% of these complaints were valid?? We are not afraid as we have absolutely nothing to lose by standing up for the players who have been wronged by sites like yours, OR sites who have been stepped on unfairly by vindictive players such as Gots aka CM4SomeSite on the Jet Bingo issue.
We don't go away and we don't shut up!

It saddens me that you couldn't have provided the ONLY information that YOU CLAIM was the reason Gmeplyrs account was closed with $800. in it. Remember.... I have the screen shots! Everything else is in the open and I see no good reason for at least not responding with a reason WHY you cannot or will not provide those ip addresses.

I will speculate that the reason is because you have finally decided that we do know what we are doing and that we CAN TELL about ip addys the same as you can.

I will ask you again for the information we need that, according to you PROVES Gmeplyr had duplicate accounts. It is an easy request and would not be breaking any "rules" that I know of.

omg i just have to laugh to keep from crying. i wish i had saved and posted my emails back and forth with bingovega, whos cashout rules changed 3 times in the few months i played there. i am just more and more convinced so many of these sites are just crooks. they avoid and delay paying out wins, put a cap on how much you can cash out at a time amongst other tactics to make the player eventually give up, play out their balance and just leave the site. REGULATION is SOOOOOOOOOOO needed. I just hope more and more players see this. And the sites should welcome this as well. Regulation would protect all parties involved. I am sorry to see when a player is denied what is rightfully theirs. Please players, stay away from sites that require a playthrough and read the cashout rules monthly at the site you play because "management reserves the right to change rules on a whim" .

They have no problems taking our deposits, but try to cash out and it's like taking a 5 year old to the dentist.... long and painful. The rely on players giving up. The odds are stacked against us with playthroughs, house players and dishonest sites.

PAY THE WINNERS THEIR MONIES !!!!!!

Thank goodness for BPU and other forums that allow us a place to go for help and guidance and to share experiences. The more we know the better educated a decision we can make. Keep up the good work BPU Team you are appreciated.

Regardless of the site it seems...the managers or supervisors of online bingo sites have the same pat answers.. tired old rhetoric boasting of their integrity, fairness and communications skills with their "patrons". If they are all that wonderful and honest..why are there so many players being ripped off by these same sites that boast of ethics and integrity? It is all part of their scam to promote and elevate their personal status as well as their site. HOGWASH!!!!!!!
Truly honest sites are willing to examine a claim in an open atmosphere to reveal the TRUTH..something most site managers choose to hide behind their yak yak blah blah drivel.

If there is a Ebenezer Scrooge of the Bingo Industry, it surly is Floorman Mike from Bingo Vega / Casino Vega. ! There is no evidence to support your claim. You screwed Gmeplyrs out of $800 and from what I have seen at WOL, you also cheated another one of your players out of nearly $4000, with the same pitiful excuse.

Well Merry Christmas Scrooge Mike! BPU will make sure you end up on the BLACK LIST of as many sites as we can get your site listed on. We don’t take it lightly that you Ripped Off a BPU Member. Your under estimating our payback, and that is going to cost you more than you are withholding from Gmeplyrs! And you can take that to the bank!

Just to update our members and guests on this Issue! We are still in touch with Mike from Bingo Vega / Casino Vega and working toward a solution in this matter. We do appreciate that Mike is taking the time to work with us to resolve this issue. I would expect that it will conclude soon.

Thanks to all of you for everything you have done regarding this issue.

First, I would like to say, according to the rules on Vega sites, accounts are closed if multiple accounts are set up from the same "household address and/or IP address". The second account Mike gave was not from my household address nor my IP address.

Second, it is also stated in the rules that if more than one account is found from the same household, the lesser used one will be closed.

Mike has violated his own sites rules. He is holding $800.00 that belongs to me.

We have reviewed all the facts and statements from Gmeplyr and Mike from CasinoVega/Bingovega! Our findings have been emailed to both parties and we will give CasinoVega time to respond before we make our findings public. We thank both the parties for efforts in resolving this issue.

I second that emotion! Good for you shooter! There are many, many bingo sites out there and I am sure you will find one you can be comfortable at and feel like you are not being ripped off on a daily basis.

If you think one person can not make a big difference...think again. Many players lookin for a place to deposit and play will read your, and others, misadventures and decide not to risk it with vega.
