undCan anyone help? I self excluded from bingo playground last year but have been bombarded with promotions since. I have replied to Angela the manager whom keeps sending them to no avail.
I gave in and logged in a couple of days ago deposited and lost £10 on the slots there.
I have asked them via email, which I recieved an automated response, why I was'nt self excluded as requested.I have also asked why they continue to mail me promotions.
None of my mail is being replied to and the helpline nuber on their site does not get answered.
I have told them I want my money back,I strongly believe the site is corrupt and would beg anyone not to use it.

Thanks for the update on that one but I would strongly encourage you not to give in and play there anymore. You may not even be able to get back the money you have already lost there, much less any more that you may put into the site.

so there's nothing to stop these people keep taking money from excluded players? are there not laws against this? I did'nt open a new account with them, yet on an old "ticket" I raised with them last year, they said "sorry your leaving we will miss you",then carry on as normal!

Why not put them on your spam list and therefore you should not get their e-mails anymore. That way you won't be bothered by them and as far as getting your money back, unless Admin here starts an investigation I doubt if you will ever see it again. I would suggest you pm the admin here and tell them your story.

They really are good at checking into issues like this and seem to better know the routes to take to get some action moving.

Yes for sure you need to pm Administration. They will definitely know what they need from you and then what to do with it. I wish you good luck.

The reason they keep sending you emails is more than likely, they have a service they have hired to mass email their database. Another reason is because quote: "I gave in and logged in a couple of days ago deposited and lost £10 on the slots there."

Some, just like you, will go ahead and deposit , forgetting the reason they chose to leave in the first place. It is our choice as players to play or not to play. No one makes us hit that "fund" button. You gambled and you lost. If this were a case of your winning and not getting paid then we would have cause to intervene, but I don't know anyplace online or on land that will return monies lost from gambling.

Calling a site "corrupt" because they have not responded to emails is not solid proof, to me, that they are. Your problem has an easy fix.... delete the emails or direct them to your spam folder and ignore them.

Certainly sounds like a plan to me. Just send all their e-mails to spam folder and wallah, no being hounded by these e-mails.

If you read up you will see that I suggested that in the beginning. I guess this person just likes to be bugged and how stupid to put more money in... I can't believe that they would do that.

I can, there are people who gamble online and NEVER learn their lesson. They think that "maybe this time it will be different" and it never is.

WE DO NOT AND LET ME REPEAT MYSELF.. DO NOT CALL ANYONE STUPID AT BPU.

I would suggest that you learn a little forum courtesy! As a staff member of BPU, Robby, I do apologize for the thoughtless drivel some put in here for lack of something more important to do!

Just because someone does something different than what you may do does not make them or their action stupid! Nor does it give us the right to judge. We are here to help players, NOT belittle them.

Wow Sissy, did you wake up on the wrong side of the bed? All you had to do was say I owed him an apology. If you think what I put in here is drivel, isn't that being a little disrespectful as well?

Sorry Robby did not mean to upset you.

However, now Sissy, I think you owe me an apology as well for disrespecting me.

Oh my that was rather harsh Sissy. I don't think it warranted that much of a tirade.
