im not sure if i put this in the right spot, but i would like to let anyone who reads these forums what happens at anytime for NO reason - when you play at sites like BINGOVEGA:
it happen 2 months ago i sent an email to accounting asking a question, after the 3rd responsese, i got:
I have answered all your questions previously. The rules are very clear and I feel like we are going in circles with this issue so I passed your emails on to management. (wow - sorry for asking and not understanding) - actaully she asked me to specify - i did and the email below.
Management has evaluated your bingo account and determined by your wagering profile that you are clearly abusing our bonus program. Due to this they have decided to disabled your bonus and chat options. You are still eligible to play at bingovega any time; however, the chat and bonus privileges will not be available for you any longer.
We apologize for the inconvenience. (from accounting)
about a month later i got this email out of the BLUE:
This e-mail is to notify you that management has decided to close your bingo account. They will not accept your business in our bingo site any longer.
Please keep in mind; management reserves the right to refuse or close any account at their sole discretion.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
I haven't got a clue what i did - i followed the rules to a T - i deposited at least once every 30 days - i wagered 5 times my deposit I play the chat games i was entitled to within 5 days of depsoit and if i could i withdrew at least once a month, [b]how is this abuse?
They also did the same to my friend, she got a
nasty email from accounting telling her she was no longer welcomed and then within minutes they told her to disregard that email,(did accounting have a crazy moment) but they took her chat and depositing prividleges away to, what kind of site is Bingovega, wheres the trust, how do you trust a site that can at anytime BAN you with no real explanation.
i did email them several times after that banned email, and did get one response again from accounting saying:
Unfortunately, I am not the person taking these decisions. I am just the one who notifies the customers in case events like this take place regarding bingo accounts.
Management as mentioned is the department in charge of reviewing customers’ accounts and taking these kinds of determinations at their sole discretion.
It has not been my intention to sound rude; I just provided you the information as required.The other emails i sent it were to let them know how they made me feel, yes i was MAD and i let them know how they made me feel, anyone who trusted a site they played for 2 years, referrred friends, and those friends referred friends would of felt as i did.
How do you trust online bingo sites if at anytime they can do this for NO REASON and use the
SOLE DESCRETION line- whats worst they pretend they care and tell you your part of a community until you are no longer viable and then IGNORE YOU COMPLETELY- do sites like BINGOVEGA have a conscience- NO, and they don;'t care about you period.
Just wanted to say thanks for nothing to the Hallmanager and J..L and BINGOVEGA's Management for the trust i put into your site.
