It seems to me that when a site decides to sell to someone else and sends out an e-mail stating that all accounts have been transferred that players put faith in these words.

Unfortunately this was not the case as a player came to BPU asking for help in getting the $490 they had requested for withdrawal. This player deposited in good faith and followed all rules, after many e-mails to Interactiveplaynet and getting the run around that all they needed was patience as with any transition it took time.

After coming to BPU Interactiveplaynet was contacted and we were told the acct had been transferred to Bingo Gala, Bingo Gala was contacted and true the acct of ironmike was transferred to Bingo Gala but transferred with a 0 balance.

After contacting Simon of Interactiveplaynet we were told that he would look into it right away. Patience is one thing we have learned and trying to co-operate with sites is another lesson. After a short period of time we again contacted Simon with the promise this would be looked into.

I might add (ironmike) won in Oct/09 before Rainbow Bingo an Interactiveplaynet site was sold. Promises and the standard answer of I will look into this has not been successful and (ironmike still has not received any of his withdrawal.

(ironmike) does not have his withdrawal, BingoGala does not have his $490 so my question is where did his $490 go, it certainly didn't go where it was supposed to and everyone has passed the buck on this without anyone taking responsibility for this player being cheated out of what they rightfully have won.

Some may think cheated is a strong word but that is exactly what happened to this player and this player should have been looked after even before the transition and data moved to another site. We as players put our faith in these sites we feel are fairly honest but this is an example of not always being able to tell a book by its cover.

So the question still remains "WHERE IS THIS PLAYERS $490?"

Probably in someone else's bank account for sure!
