Sissy i need your kind help please, after wallet closed down i joined a payment system called cashgrade.com i been using them for months to deposit to bingogala account.
it was just like using ewallet, then on april 4th i won a good amount, so i cashed out to my cashgrade account binogala put 2400.00 in my cashgrade and i went to withdraw the same way i made deposits which was cashgrades eheck, but 10 days after my withdraw went into process using echeck. I go to my cashgrade account and found out they put a stop asap to echecks so we are emailing back n forth im saying i want my mmoney they said, we will open paypal account and you can get your money there? so 6 more days later they have the nerve to say we are waiting for comformation from paypal still ,then you get your mony, then 7 more days they say we still waitinng for paypal, i said thats a lie paypal stated confirmation takes 3-5 days not 20! they just say well we r waiting,so another week goes by. i said cashgrade since you accept monygram as a deposit will you moneygram me my 2400 please its been a month & i just want my money, cashgrade replys back we will ask accounting, now 6 days later they refuse to answer me when asked to moneygram me asap, im so hurt this is suppose to be a safe & secure site. my moneys just sitting in my cashgrade & they wont give it to me? can u look into this place please? the accounting office will not answer me at all , only support with all lies and delays its now 6 weeks since my withdraw 2400 is a lot to play around with. I have like 27 emails from them with lies lies lies& excuses, i really need your help sissy its been along time since i talked to ya, but i been tinkin who can help me get my mmoney, then i memered SISSY! hey my cashgrade name is Anutibe if u can ask them, let them know your my lawyer lol and u take no BS. Sissy i 4got to tell you cashgrade now has echeck back up since yesterday, i asked them willi now get my withdraw? they told me echeck is now a Deposit option not withdraw option? I was like omg now i know these ppl are giving me the run around, they got the nerve to tell me i can deposit money anytime, but cant cashout cause they cant find a cashout option/
