Does anybody know if A1Bingo has been merged into the BingoEntertainment network of sites? Wondering because when I went to log in, which I wasn't able to do because it said my account was invalid using my log in information, I then hovered at the bottom of the page for their deposit options and got to this link.... (put the normal http in front and not the www )members.bingoentertainment.net/Local/Ben/A1/Pages/BankingOptions.aspx

From what I understand BE is no longer allowing USA membership, so if A1Bingo has merged into them, that might be what stopped my login; however, the deposit options clearly list some as being for USA members only so I'm confused over this now.

I wrote and asked them about this and received the following reply:

Quote:
Dear Toni

Thank you for your enquiry.

Due to the amalgamation of A1Bingo into the Bingo Entertainment Network, the suffix .1 had to be added to your Nickname as XXXX was already in use, thus you will need to log-in as XXXX.1

Of course you are welcome to change the Nickname if you wish.

Kind regards
A1Bingo Support

The reason my original nickname/alias was in use was because of BingoGala. You would think that if no USA players were allowed anymore, ALL USA accounts would have been cleared out. I'm going to write to BE next and demand that all my accounts at their various sites in their network be removed because they are holding personal information about us all in the USA that they no longer have the right to hang onto.

The reply from A1 also doesn't explain why a USA player is still allowed to be a member and make deposits when the rest of the 'amalgamation' kicked us to the curb.

So, Sissy....during your investigation, perhaps you can get some answers that some of us might not be able to get. Thanks........

Hi Toni! I can verify that A1Bingo has indeed became part of Bingo Entertainment. If you look at the bottom of their homepage it states NO US PLAYERS Perhaps the confusion is because this has just taken place and A1’s homepage was not upgraded. I have contacted BE and will report what is going on.

Thanks, Richard. Evidently they also need to update their deposit page at A1 because it still has options for USA players to deposit. Thanks again for checking into this for us all. Hate to see somebody actually be able to deposit, even if by accident, and then have a bear of a problem getting their money back.

I have heard back from BE. Here is basically what they said:
Quote:
Existing players have not had their accounts disabled. However! The site is not accepting any new registrations.. The only deposits they will now accept is non US Credit cards and addresses. So if you are a US Players once your funds are used up, you will no longer have a way to fund your account
