Since there were so many sessions, it would be helpful if you could take a look at the agenda and maybe point out a few of the sessions that you would like to know more about.
http://www.bulletbusiness.com/bingo/agenda.shtmlI think the biggest difference this year is that you really notice that the industry as a whole is getting more mature and its becoming more and more important to listen to what your players as well as what you figures are saying with regards to the trends in the industry. With increased choice of games and bingo platforms, as well as the chance to play other (casual) games online, players are getting more demanding with regards to what they expect from their bingo sites.
I've been to the Bingo Summit for, I think, 4 years in a row now, and every year it has been better and better. I think the organisers are doing a great job, but as you say, the player side has not been as well represented as it should be. Thus, it would be very interesting to hear more about HOW you would like the players to be represented at the event. I think communication is key in so many ways with regards to both players and operators getting along, you seem to have a lot of very good ideas and points of view on things, so please let me know what you think!
